The Site is operated by City and Metro Spaces Gh Ltd, a licensed real estate brokerage based in Accra, Ghana, operating under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047).
3. Listings and information
Property listings, prices, availability, images, and descriptions are provided by landlords, sellers, or their appointed agents and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability, and reserve the right to change or remove listings without notice. All measurements and specifications are indicative only and must be independently verified before any commitment.
4. Currency & pricing
Prices may be quoted in USD, GHS, or both. Any conversion shown on the Site is indicative and based on a reference rate. The settlement rate is agreed at offer and confirmed by the receiving bank or licensed FX dealer at the time of payment. Landlords in Ghana are required by the Bank of Ghana to transact in GHS.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation. You should seek independent legal, financial, tax, and title advice before entering into any transaction.
6. Acceptable use
